报告人简介:

Dr. Chein-Chi Chang is a senior engineer of D C Water and Sewer Authority and the adjunct professor of University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Dr. Chang is also the chair professor of Dalian Maritime University and more than 13 university guest professor in China. Dr. Chang is the watershed management Committee Acting Chair of Water Environment Federation. Dr. Chang has published more than 70 SCI journal papers.
