Lecturer profile:

Liang Yutian, an associate professor and deputy director of the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, College of Geography and Planning, Sun Yat-Sen University,mainly engaged in economic geography and regional development, overseas investment and Southeast Asia research, industrial development and land space planning, humanism-Economic geography Spatio-temporal process simulation research. In recent years, he mainly carried out researches on (1) the micro-influence mechanism of relationship network on China's OFDI, (2) the comparison of development modes of industrial parks outside China in Southeast Asia, and (3) the spatial response of transformation and development in Southeast Asia. He is also the director of The China Branch of the Association for International and Regional Studies, the deputy director of the Youth Working Committee of the Geographical Society of China, and the member of the Economic and Geographical Committee.
