Niu Jianping, technical supervisor, GIS senior engineer. Graduated from Lanzhou University, majoring in geographic information system in 2012; from 2012 to 2014, served as GIS engineer in Inner Mongolia Remote Sensing Center Co., Ltd.; from 2014 to 2017, served as senior GIS engineer in 21st Century Space Technology Application Co., Ltd.; since 2017, served as technical director, front-end architect in Beijing Jiutian Weather Technology Co., Ltd.

Niu Jianping has been engaged in GIS and development-related work in the front line for a long time, with strong development ability and rich experience. He is a CSDN certified blog expert, a million-visited blogger, and a CSDN lecture lecturer. He is mainly responsible for completing the following projects: the ecological environment ten-year change detection system, the Beijing Water Resources Bureau water conservancy census information display system, the Huaxiaxingfu GIS system, the Haidian District regional resource display system, the State Grid Beijing Power Grid accurate early warning service platform, Jiutian SaaS platform, offshore wind power intelligent operation platform, China Southern Power Grid disaster prevention and mitigation weather warning system, etc.
