On July 15th, the College of Earth and Environmental Sciences holds the fifth round of discipline assessment work deployment meeting. The head of the Disciplinary Construction and Development Planning Office attended the meeting for guidance. Wang Chengbin, deputy director of the Disciplinary Construction and Development Planning Division, gave a detailed explanation on the fifth round of discipline evaluation index system. The deputy directors Wang Min and Xin Ying listened to the opinions of the participating teachers on the comprehensive reform and the preparation of the "14th Five-Year Plan" around the discipline construction respectively, and put forward constructive opinions on the college's preparation for the fifth round of discipline evaluation.
At the meeting, Shen Zhenghu, secretary of the party committee of the college, gave a brief report on the college’s preparations for the fifth round of discipline evaluation, comprehensive reforms, and the preparation of the "14th Five-Year Plan". The teachers attending the meeting made full discussions and exchanges on the fifth round of the subject evaluation index system and the difficulties in the promotion of comprehensive reforms. Dean Gou Xiaohua said that to welcome the fifth round of subject evaluation, continue to promote comprehensive reforms and do a good job in the "14th Five-Year" plan is a long way to go. The college must mobilize the entire college to focus on discipline development, comprehensive reform, and hardware conditions, and earnestly prepare to meet the fifth round of discipline evaluation, scientifically and rationally formulate the "14th Five-Year Plan", and lay a solid foundation for the college's career development.
