Lecturer profile

Huang Guanghui is both an associate professor of the Northwest Institute of Eco-Environmental Resources, CAS and a member of the Youth Innovation Promotion Association CAS. He is mainly engaged in research on remote sensing inversion of atmospheric and surface physical parameters, remote sensing estimation of surface radiation balance, radiative transfer simulation, observation of heterogeneous surface sensible and latent heat flux, and application and development of satellite data. Currently, He has achieved several research results in these fields with published more than 20 SCI papers (9 as first author) in Journal of Geophysical Research-Atmospheres, Remote Sensing of Environment, Agricultural and Forest Meteorologyand other journals. In particular, the review article "Estimating surface solar irradiance from satellites: Past, present, and futureperspectives" published on the 50th-anniversary album of RSE's founding has been widely recognized by international peers.

Cao Jianjun, a senior engineer, adjunct professor at Lanzhou Jiaotong University, distinguished professor of Gansu Academy of Sciences, and high-level scientific and technological innovation talent of Ministry of Natural Resources. He is the incumbent director of the Quality Supervision Station of the Natural Resources Department of Gansu Province. He has long been engaged in the research of government informatization construction and digital and smart cities. He has hosted or participated in 44 provincial or ministerial and prefecture-level projects, and has won 15 scientific and technological progress awards and published more than 20 papers.
